Cookie information on the council site: 

October 31 - Turn in troop/group cookie manager contact information as well as the number of girls in troop/group participating in the Cookie Program to your service unit cookie manager.

November - January 18 - Girls set personal Cookie Program goals, discuss Cookie Program safety, learn about the cookie products, and practice sales/marketing skills.  Please feel free to utilize the Cookie Program Activity Resources listed in the Council Guide (page 130) and on the Web site for helpful Cookie Program activities.

January - Troop/group leader and cookie managers attend cookie training, which is coordinated by your service unit cookie manager.  Cookie Program materials are distributed to troop/groups.  (Actual training date(s) are determined by the service unit cookie manager.)

January 14 – 18 - Hold a troop/group meeting with parents and guardians.  Discuss/review the cookie order taking, start date, cookie order and money collection deadlines, review girl safety procedures, troop cookie goals, and other helpful topics.  Parents should read, complete, sign and turn in the required Cookie Seller Consent Form to the troop/group cookie manager.

January 19 - Cookie Go Day!  Booth sale applications for council-sponsored booth sale sites are due to the booth sale managers.

February 4 - The initial cookie order cards must be turned in to the troop/group cookie manager.  Please note that Girl Scouts can continue to take cookie orders on their catch-up order cards through March!

February 7 - Troop/group cookie orders and initial award orders must be submitted.  Cookie Seller Consent Forms must be turned in to the service unit cookie manager.

February 22 - Cookie Cupboards open.

February 29 - March 30 - Booth Sales begin on February 29.

February 25 – 29 - Girl Scout cookies are delivered to service unit delivery stations.   Troops/groups pick up cookies from local delivery stations; girls may then pick up cookies from their troop/group cookie managers.

February 25 - March 30 - Girls deliver Girl Scout cookies to their customers and collect payment.

March 31 - Last day for cookie money to be turned in to the troop/group cookie manager.

April 2 - Troop/group recognition orders due.

April 7 - Final troop/group Cookie Program payment must be turned in to the bank.  The banking paperwork must be submitted to the service unit cookie manager (e.g. deposit tickets, cookie cupboard receipts, and Cookie Program Problem Reports.)

April – June - Girls evaluate their Cookie Program experiences and use their earned Cookie Program revenue as planned.

April - All recognitions, including girl and troop/group cookie dough are shipped to the service unit cookie managers, which is then picked up by troop/group cookie managers, and distributed directly to girls.
