· Eagan Funfest Ambassador Program prides itself on their volunteerism in the Eagan community. Ages 10+ are encouraged to participate. An information meeting is being held on May 11, 2016, 7pm at Think Mutual Bank.


· Troop 57665 collecting books for MN Literacy thru June 15. All children’s books in good condition, with the exception of holiday or religious themed books are appreciated.  Particularly in need of books for pre-K-3rd grade readers.  Books may also be dropped off at 3960 Versailles Court, Eagan. See attached flyer.


· Troop 55062 collecting yarn for Bundles of Love thru June 15 All skeins and balls of yarn - any amount, any color and any style.  The yarn will be used to make sweaters, boots, hats and other items for newborn babies. Yarn may also be dropped off at 1597 Sherwood Way, Eagan. See attached flyer.

Eagan Park Clean Up

Eagan has roughly 55 parks within the city limits including city, county and state park areas.  Let’s make them clean, family-friendly areas for all to enjoy and clean, safe places for wildlife. For a list of parks click here.

Second Harvest Heartland

On the first Saturday of each month, Second Harvest Heartland opens its doors to youth groups and families for Youth Service Day. Volunteers sort and re-pack donated food into consumer-size packages from 9–11:30 am. Second Harvest Heartland then distributes these re-packaged items to food shelves and soup kitchens that serve people at risk for hunger. This opportunity is available to youth, ages 8 and older.
